Hyperbaric Chamber Acrylics (AC)
Jacksonville, Florida (at the Healogics Simulation Lab)
This 1-day program was created in 2006. It addresses the care of acrylic windows on clinical hyperbaric chambers. The curriculum covers inspection and documentation of acrylics, including types of acrylic damage, and what damage requires repair by a window fabricator. There is a competency exam and a skills laboratory where participants will practice techniques for inspection, polishing, and repair.
Goals
Upon completion of this activity participants should be able to apply techniques for protection, inspection, minor repairs, and appropriate documentation of chamber acrylics.

This course is appropriate for anyone who operates and/or maintains a hyperbaric chamber.

Upon Course Completion
Upon completion of the course participants will receive continuing education credits and a certificate of completion from International ATMO, Inc. Attendees who leave prior to the completion of the course are not eligible to receive a course completion certificate.

The Healogics Simulation Lab is 22 miles (approx. 30 minutes) from Jacksonville International Airport (JAX).
JAX airport has a variety of rental car options.
