Dr. Mindy Johnson is a 1998 graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine. She became a Certified Canine Rehabilitation Therapist in 2006 through the Canine Rehab Institute. She began working in companion animal hyperbaric oxygen therapy in 2006. In 2010 she opened the Veterinary Wellness Center – a small animal general practice / rehabilitation and hyperbaric oxygen therapy center in Lexington, KY. She is a founding member and current board member of the Veterinary Hyperbaric Medical Society. She is a Certified Hyperbaric Technologist-Veterinary (CHT-V) by the National Board of Diving and Hyperbaric Technology (NBDHMT).
