Tina is Director of Patient Care and Quality of International ATMO in San Antonio, Texas. She started her career in hyperbaric medicine in 1992. She is an expert in wound center operations, documentation, performance improvement, and facility accreditation. She is a Certified Hyperbaric Technologist (CHT) and an Advanced Certified Hyperbaric Registered Nurse (ACHRN).

She is a retired Lieutenant Colonel from the Texas Air National Guard. She is a surveyor for the Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society (UHMS) Hyperbaric Facility Accreditation Program. She serves as a board member of the Baromedical Nurses Association (BNA).

She is a frequent presenter in hyperbaric safety courses. She has co-authored several articles and textbook chapters.
