Founded in 1977, International ATMO is one of the most experienced and reputable providers of hyperbaric medicine and wound care services. The leadership of ATMO includes former committee chairmen for both the Undersea & Hyperbaric Medical Society (UHMS) and the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), technical committee members of both the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and the NFPA. A board member of the Baromedical Nurses Association (BNA) and a former board member of the UHMS. Two members of ATMO leadership have held the office of UHMS Gulf Coast Chapter President. Three founders of ATMO have held the office of UHMS President.
